Day 1
First of, Good morning everyone. I started off my day with my morning coke (a bad habit that I'm slowly trying to quit) Then, I started my first day of exercise. I wanted to get to 20 minutes of exercising, but I didn't. I only made it to 12 minutes. I did all the little exercises that my husband (a Marine) showed me how to do. I'm feeling pretty good, but my goal is to be able to reach that 20 minutes. For the record, It's been pretty much a whole year since I've exercises, and Starting today it is going to be a daily thing. I WILL get back in shape. It's my goal to get back down to my premarriage weight before my hubby returns from deployment. Today I WILL drink at least 8 glasses of water. I need to draw up a diet plan as well. When I draw one up I will be sure to post it incase anyone's interested.

A little about my story
Hi
My name is Rebecca. I come from Victoria, Tx but am currently living in Havelock, NC because my husband is stationed here. We have been married for two years and a month. We have two beautiful dogs who we consider to be our children because we do not have children of our own. (Though to have children would be the BEST thing in the whole world.) I was diagnoised with PCOS earlier this year and have been struggling with it for quite a long while. We have had many long ups and downs. I have seen doctor after docter with no results yet. My husband is set to deploy pretty soon, and I'm moving home to be with my family. Honestly, I've never been more scared in my entire life. When he returns, I am set to see a Reproductive Endocrynolisist and hopefully we will get to start IVF. I am only 20 years old. About to turn 21 in February. We've been actively having sex and trying for four years. And having to go through all of this has really taken it's tole on me and on my husband. I am an aspiring author. It is my dream to one day get published. I write fiction. I started writing when I was 9 years old as a way to cope with being bullied as a kid. It was my escape. To this day, it is still my escape. The reason I started this blog is because I hope to inspire others to make some positive changes in their lives as I am doing now. Such as becoming a more healthier you, changing the way that you see yourself in your own eyes, and just all alround becoming a more positive person. These are my journies into discovering myself and maybe even helping you discover who you are to
